What if an item is out of stock?
You will be alerted that a product is out of stock when you try to buy it, but don’t worry, we're never out of stock for long. If you check back in a day or two we'll most likely have made lots more products!
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email email@example.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse may have already sent it out! If this is the case, then unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our returns and refunds policy here.
How do I check on my order?
If you have an account with us and made a purchase while you were logged in you can track your order from within your profile. Check out as a guest? Don't worry, we'll send you an email when your goods have been dispatched.
Tell me about shipping to the UK.
We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
How long does it take to ship?
Shipping to Mainland UK addresses will take 2-5 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to islands addresses & during sales periods). We'll let you know when your order leaves us and is on it's way to you.
Can the delivery country be different from the billing country?
Unfortunately, no. The country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address in order for us to complete the order.
Will you ship to me internationally?
Unfortunately we currently only deliver to the UK. But, we are working hard to bring SISTR to the world. Tag us @SISTR_Official to let us know where you want us to ship to!

What skin types are SISTR products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: free from nasties, parabens, and animal derivatives. Still unsure? Email firstname.lastname@example.org with you skin questions.
Do your masks contain fragrance?
Does SISTR contain nasties?
Nope. It’s not our thing. So you’ll find no parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum or animal derivatives in our products.
Is SISTR tested on animals?
No. Never. SISTR is completely cruelty-free.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
YES. IT. IS!
We are incredibly proud of our packaging. Our pouches are 100% compostable, because enjoying great skincare shouldn't come at the expense of our planet.
They are able to be disposed of like any other organic waste, complying with European compost standards (EU 13432), and are certified for both home and industrial composting. In addition to this, they are non-GMO, and do not contain any bisphenol (including BPA and other derivatives), and are free of phthalates! The shipping boxes your order is lovingly packed in, is also recyclable.
What are the expiry dates for SISTR products?
Both of our face masks should be used within 6 - 8 months after opening. We recommend you store them in a cool, dry place, resealed tight, and don't get any water in the pouch!
Where are SISTR products made?
All of our products are made by us, in the UK.
