How do I return or exchange a product?
We're sorry you didn't love your SISTR product. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry - SISTR packages don’t include a return slip. Just reach out to email@example.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All return requests must be submitted by you within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety). For additional information please see our Refund Policy.
How to return an item
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including;
Your full name
Order Number (e.g. #SIS1001)
And we'll help you sort out your return!
Note: You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. We will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the SISTR product you ordered!
